A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon placement of your custom order. The balance is due upon completion; you will receive the item(s) when paid in full. Once deposit is received, production of item(s) will begin. If you cancel your custom order, do not accept finished product or do not pay the balance, you will forfeit your 50% deposit (your deposit will not be returned and it cannot be used for a credit).
